Not a law firm · Not legal advice

DivorceNavigator.ai is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service is a technology, planning, organization, and communication platform. Using it does not create an attorney-client, solicitor-client, mediator-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Adriatic Mediation LLC or its staff, contractors, or service providers.

1. Content is general information

Nothing on DivorceNavigator.ai—including articles, text, tools, templates, checklists, calculations, messages, or AI-generated content—is legal advice, legal counsel, or the practice of law. Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Laws and procedures vary by state, country, court, and individual circumstances. Do not rely on platform content as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.

2. Seek independent professional advice

Divorce, separation, parenting, support, property division, taxes, retirement accounts, and related matters can affect important legal and financial rights. Consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction before signing an agreement, filing a document, waiving a right, agreeing to support or custody terms, transferring property, or making another consequential decision. Consult qualified tax, financial, healthcare, or mental-health professionals when those issues arise.

3. Mediation and professional referrals

If Adriatic provides mediation or mediation-facilitation services, a mediator acts as a neutral and does not represent either party or give either party legal advice. Using the software alone does not begin a mediation engagement. Each party should have an opportunity to obtain independent legal advice, and any proposed agreement should be reviewed by independent counsel before it is signed or submitted. Any professional referral is offered as a convenience; you are free to select another professional, and that professional is responsible for their own advice and relationship with you.

4. AI-assisted and automated content

AI-assisted features may generate plausible but incorrect or incomplete text, summaries, classifications, calculations, or suggestions. They do not know all facts about your matter and may reflect errors or outdated information. Check every output against primary documents and current law with an appropriate qualified professional. Never use an automated output as the sole basis for a filing, legal decision, financial decision, safety decision, or agreement.

5. No emergency or confidential legal service

The Service is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a domestic-violence support organization. Do not use the platform to communicate an urgent safety concern, meet a legal deadline, or serve legal process. Information submitted to the platform is handled under the Privacy Policy, but using the platform does not create attorney-client confidentiality or any other legally privileged relationship.

6. No warranties or guaranteed results

The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Adriatic does not guarantee a particular legal, financial, mediation, custody, filing, or personal outcome, or that the Service will be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or appropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for decisions made using the Service and for independently verifying important information.

7. Privacy and security

Divorce matters involve sensitive information. Review our Privacy Policy before entering information, use only the information needed for your matter, and do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information. No online system is completely secure.
